ReverseHttp is completely different, but part of the same overall ecosystem. It’s an extremely useful way to bust through firewalls and allow a web app running on your laptop to serve HTTP requests that are coming in from the internet, without having to open up ports on your router. That’s important because PubSubHubbub requires people to run web servers to receive notifications / tweets etc. ReverseHttp means you could run a Twitter client on your desktop which gets live notifications via PubSubHubbub.
