About me

Hi, I’m Paul! I’m a professional web developer. I live in the bucolic surroundings of Guildford and work in the Nathan Barley-meets-mitha-paan environs of Brick Lane, London, at top digital agency LBi. I have been married to my lovely wife Kate since Sept 2004, and we have a beautiful baby girl, Genevieve
I am interested in design, accessibility, user experience, information architecture, web frameworks, interfaces, workflows and processes, continuous integration and deployment, JavaScript, Python and development design patterns.
I also like walking, cooking, Bollywood and rock ‘n’ roll.
I have previously worked on websites and other technical stuff for The Guardian, UpMyStreet and uSwitch, Telewest / NTL / Virgin Media, Elateral, Optus Australia and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Farming. My first ever job was selling double glazing over the telephone for a less than completely ethical company, for which I am very, very sorry.
